CSQM Master Franchisee - The Opportunity

1- Who should consider a CSQM Master Franchise?

CSQM Master Franchise is not open to anyone. CSQM Master Franchisee owners have to be reputable companies backed by reputable individuals and subject to a due diligence exercise to assess the integrity, solvency and commitment of the proposed acquirer.

2- What work does a CSQM Master Franchise consist of?

The work of a CSQM Master Franchisee will consist of the following:

Setup of a specific company in his country which will be exclusively authorised to use the CSQM brand OR
Setup a business operation to act as a del credere agency in that country which will be only authorised to use the CSQM Brand in that country.
Develop capacity to start offering CSQM certification in his country of operation consiting of an assessment, training and administrative unit
Start a sub-franchise programme within 18 months from startup

In all steps CSQM International Ltd will provide total support via onsite assistance and central programmes. Continous assistance is provided via training, consulting and hand-holding.

3- How much capital would I need?

There are no upfront fees. Master Franchisees will be assisted in the setup of the operation. Our fees are per CSQM certified signed up client subject to a mutually agreed minimum. All training and assistance is charged at cost.

4- What is the expect rate of return on a CSQM Master Franchise?

This depends on the size and rate of penetration into the market. We reckon that one can breakeven in 18 months.

5-What support do I get from CSQM International Ltd?

CSQM International Ltd offers total support in terms of system setup, transfer of all templates and material, training on use of material and sales techniques, and hand-on assistance on site and remotely via regular video conference calls.
